Repeated no shows and day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment and will be required to provide a credit card payment when rescheduling a future appointment.
I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us enough time to (hopefully) fill your spot. Every open chair makes a big impact – not only on your stylist but our overall business as well. Failing to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment. We require a credit card number for any appointment over 1 hour, including extensions, keratin treatments, balayage and other such services.
If you are running over 15 minutes late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, but you may be required to reschedule your appointment. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all of our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled. By giving your credit card number you are authorizing us to charge your card if you are a no show or cancellation 24 hours before your appointment.
My pricing reflects experience in industry, time allocated for appointments, and product used.
